Our wedding is being catered by Chef Stephanie. We have picked out the following menu:
- Lamb and feta kebabs with roasted red pepper sauce
- Mini seafood tostadas, salsa fresca, avocado cream, (GF)
- Vegan skewers: peppers, eggplant, onion, zucchini, mushrooms, (V)
- Chicken dumplings: ground chicken, spinach, carrots, onion, ginger, celery with mint chili sauce
- Coriander crusted scallops chive potato hash & corn relish (GF)
- Oriechiete with arugula pesto, cherry tomatoes, asiago, pecans (V)
- Grass fed beef sliders, carmelized onion, chipotle aioli
- Heirloom tomatoes with fresh mozzarella, lentils, white balsamic, olive oil, salt/pepper (GF, V)
- Beer soaked bratwurst skewers, apples, onions, horseradish mustard
- Chile spiced sweet potatoes sunflower seed ranch dressing (GF, V)
GF = Gluten Free, V = Vegan (may have cheese on the side).
Cocktail service will include various beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, and our signature cocktail, the cosmopolitan.
A coffee and tea service will be provided as well.
We will be serving San Francisco's famous
- Spiced chocolate: chocolate donut coated in sugar, cinnamon, chile, and chipotle
- Passion Fruit Milk Chocolate: vanilla donut glazed with passionfruit and a touch of milk chocolate shavings
